This little man took a bit to settle in, but once he did, we created some beautiful newborn portraits. His parents drove him all the way from Rexburg, Idaho for his session. Once they arrived, his mom and I handpicked a fun palette of color for his photos...I love all the colors of his session! They were so clean and crisp, yet simple...a perfect way to show off his gorgeous newborn skin tones.
I'm a bit obsessed with this family photo session I did last fall. First of all, this family is gorgeous! Second of all, they are a ton of fun. Hayley and I go way back to grade school, junior high, high school, and college. Yep...we did it all together. She's a great friend and a great momma to these two cute kiddos. Jeff compliments her perfectly and is just plain fun to be around.

I had the opportunity to capture photos of a marriage proposal this summer and it was gorgeous! Jaden planned out the entire day for his fiancé, and he arranged to have me there to capture this magical moment for them. Their session included a beautiful custom photo album, and I thought it would be fun to post the album pages digitally. Congrats Jaden & Katie!
Baby Lincoln was such a handsome newborn. His parents are good family friends from our time living in Las Vegas, and I was especially excited to capture his newborn portraits.
This little gal is mine. 🙂 Thankfully she is a very willing model in front of my camera because we had to do her newborn photos in two different sessions. My mom helped me a bunch with both sessions since I was recovering from a c-section. The turquoise session with her little lamb happened at 10 days old. The session with the roses was at about three weeks old.
This guy giggles! He was more than happy to pose in front of my camera. Because he spent several months in the NICU, he was already 5 months old at the time of his “newborn” portraits. This made him more awake and alert than a typical newborn, and we had fun capturing his HUGE personality.

This newborn beauty has two older siblings who adore her and were more than happy to let us create a few portraits with them included.
This little gal was oh-so pretty in pink. She didn’t love sleeping on this day, but she still pulled off some beautiful poses.
Baby Emmi was so perfect during her newborn session. Her mom was up for a lot of color and texture with Emmi’s portraits, and I love how vibrant this session turned out even with the pastel colors.
I recently had the privilege of creating professional headshots for a local lieutenant for the Pocatello Police Department. Lt. Paul Manning retired in January after 35 years of service to our community.
