Saydee is officially 7 months old! I haven't taken any "real" portraits of her lately so I decided to document her age with a tribute to "a few of her favorite things". I just bought a macro lens, so I decided this photo project would be a great way to get some practice nailing the focus in macro photography. Here is an up close look at her favorite things...
FOOD FAVORITES | Saydee has been trying new tastes for a few months, but lately she started loving "real food". Here are a few of her favorite things related to food...
TEETHING FAVORITES | Saydee loves to chew and sooth her gums. Her gums go back and forth and keep us guessing about when her first teeth are going to make their appearance. Her brothers had teeth at 3 months, so we're surprised she doesn't have any yet.
THE BINKIE STANDS ALONE | Saydee is only somewhat attached to her binkie, but it does lull her to sleep, quiet her occasional squeals, and provide some good gum soothing. Let's be honest...mom and dad might miss the powerful effects of the binkie more than Saydee. We'll wait another month or two before we give it up completely. 😉
TOY FAVORITES | Saydee has a few favorite toys that are surefire ways to entertain...at least for a few minutes.
And last but not least...
ENTERTAINMENT FAVORITES | Saydee's eyes light up anytime Seth or Sam walk by her. She adores them both so much, and they think she's pretty great too.
